Literacy: This term students will be revising the letter sounds that they have been learning this year to develop fluency. They will be using the sounds ai, ee and ng to read/write words and construct sentences. In writing lessons this week students are learning about the structure of a fictional story. We will be learning the story "The Enormous Turnip" and using it to guide our writing. Guided reading sessions will continue every day. Numeracy/Science/Geography/Technology: Please stay tuned for more information in regards to these topics that will also be taught this term. Due to swimming lessons these subjects will not be taught until swimming lessons are completed.
